Our Mission
Rob Ross and Kim Ross, brother and sister, started Skyward knowing that there’s always room for personal improvement. Rob has spent many years managing facilities and is confident that Skyward has a full range of motion to implement what he feels would suit each individual client’s needs best.
Our philosophy is to support and uplift anyone who walks through our doors, and pack on their recovery armour for the rest of their journey ahead.

“I have been working in the rehabilitation field for over 8 years and, in that time, I have learned and experienced more than your average Joe. I’ve assisted many young men and women recovering from severe substance addictions, enforcing structure, accountability, progress monitoring and supporting them in their recovery. I have gained deep hands-on experience in crisis management, problem-solving and I am confident in myself and passionate about helping people. I have come to learn from experience some of the key success factors for a solid recovery and I also understand that every individual is different and I work with clients to achieve their goals.”

“I studied Law at the University of Pretoria and have a passion for helping people in recovery. One of the biggest fears people have when they leave treatment is that life without alcohol or drugs will be boring or that they’ll never enjoy life in the same way again. In reality, I’ve seen the opposite happen. With time, routine and commitment, people begin to rebuild relationships, rediscover purpose and realise that recovery isn’t about giving up a life, it is about building a better one. Sobriety is not the end of living, it is where living well begins.”
